Privacy Policy

Riverbend operates two campgrounds — Riverbend East and Riverbend West. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our online support portal at riverbendsupport.com and how we use it.

When you submit a ticket:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The subject and details you write
• Optionally, your site or lot number

When you sign in to check on a ticket:

• The email address you use to sign in
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days

When campground staff use the admin portal:

• Their name and phone number on first sign-in request
• The same session cookie as above
• Notes and replies they post on tickets

We do not collect:

• Payment or credit-card information
• Location data from your device
• Browser fingerprints or device IDs
• Analytics or behavioral tracking

• To process and respond to your tickets
• To email you about ticket status changes and replies from staff
• To let you sign in and view your own tickets
• To prevent unauthorized access to the admin portal

We never sell your data. We never share it with marketers or advertisers.

Three third-party services power the portal. Each receives only the data needed to do its job:

• Vercel hosts the website. They receive request logs (IP address, user agent, page path) when you visit. Their policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Supabase stores our database (your tickets and account). Their policy: supabase.com/privacy
• Resend delivers our emails (confirmations, status updates, sign-in links). They receive your email address and the message content. Their policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

We do not use any advertising networks, analytics services, or cross-site trackers.

• Ticket records: kept as operational history. We may purge tickets older than 5 years.
• Sign-in sessions: expire after 30 days of inactivity.
• Email delivery logs at Resend: subject to their own retention policy (currently 30 days).

The site uses one essential cookie for authentication. It is set when you sign in to check on your ticket or sign in to the admin portal. It contains a session token only — no personal information. It expires after 30 days.

No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Send you a copy of the data we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your account and all your tickets

Email us at tickets@riverbendsupport.com to make any of these requests. We aim to respond within 30 days.

The portal is intended for campground guests and staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
